Risk and property in the goods (books and ancillary products) asserts to the purchaser/buyer of the goods (books and ancillary products), once the goods (books and ancillary products) leave our premises/godowns/offices.
Shipping charges shall be charged extra provided the delivery in the area is feasible which shall be decided by the Publisher or his Vendor/Seller.
The Publisher reserves the right to refuse delivery of the order made at a given area/address, without assigning any reason to the buyer/purchaser and the purchase amount shall be refunded within a month of payment, if any.
